Shares of Blue Apron Holdings, Inc.

were higher in Thursday’s late trading session after the provider of meal kits said it completed a previously announced at-the-market equity offering program.
The company said about 4.6 million shares were sold at an average sales price of $3.25 per share for gross proceeds of about $15 million. Blue Apron said its net proceeds from the offering, after deductions, were about $14.5 million.
At 5:38 p.m. EDT, the company’s shares had risen 6.14% to trade at $2.94 per share. The stock finished the day’s regular session with a 0.36% loss at $2.77 per share.
